Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Olamide at sip.dobhrap.com. Using the service means you agree to these terms and the applicable workspace rules. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. A separate signed service agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
1. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell your administrator promptly about suspected compromise. Workspace administrators determine permissions and available features.
2. Calling, messaging, and meetings
SIP accounts may register automatically after login. Connectivity depends on internet access, device behavior, service configuration, and permissions. Browser suspension, closing the app, network changes, or server outages may interrupt incoming calls. Background calling requires a supported native app and configured push services.
Free accounts may call eligible internal SIP users in their workspace. External calls, texts, and telephone-number services require the applicable plan, provider activation, permissions, and available billing arrangement. Paying an invoice does not by itself activate calling or provision a number. Meeting access, participant limits, host controls, and workspace permissions apply to invitation links.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, spam, malicious code, interference with systems, or attempts to bypass authentication, tenant boundaries, rates, or billing controls. Do not send unsolicited calls or messages contrary to applicable consent requirements. Do not resell or automate services beyond your authorized plan or agreement.
4. Contacts, permissions, and content
You retain responsibility for information and content you submit and must have the necessary rights or permission to use it. Optional contact import may save authorized contacts automatically. Importing contacts does not authorize unsolicited invitations or communications. Device and Google permissions can be revoked as described in the Privacy Policy.
You grant the service the limited rights needed to store, transmit, display, and process your content to deliver requested features. Other participants can receive content you share. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Where recording or screen sharing is available, obtain any legally required participant consent before using it.
5. Plans, invoices, and payments
Review the displayed price, currency, recurring charges, taxes, and service terms before ordering. Fees and refund or cancellation arrangements are governed by the offer or your service agreement and applicable law. Request clarification before paying if those arrangements are unclear. Third-party carriers and payment processors may have additional terms.
Internal wallet transfers require an available balance and an eligible recipient. Confirm the recipient and amount before submitting; a completed transfer is not automatically reversible. Report mistakes or suspected fraud to Support promptly. Payment requests do not automatically debit the payer.
Hosted invoice checkout is available only when configured. Test-mode checkout does not represent a real payment. The current wallet does not offer bank accounts, card issuance, deposits, or cash-out unless separately implemented and explicitly made available. Olamide is not presented as a bank, an insured deposit account, or an investment service.
6. Availability and third-party services
Service availability depends on systems, providers, and networks outside the application's control. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable. No specific uptime, call capacity, delivery speed, or compatibility is promised unless stated in a separate agreement. Google Contacts requires Google authorization and configuration; telephone and payment features depend on their configured providers.
Olamide is a separate application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp, Meta, Cash App, Block, Google, or Stripe merely because it uses familiar interface patterns or integrations.
7. Suspension and account closure
Access may be restricted or suspended for abuse, security concerns, nonpayment under applicable service terms, or loss of workspace authorization. Request account closure through Support or your administrator. Closure does not automatically cancel separate carrier or provider contracts or eliminate outstanding obligations. Data handling after closure follows the Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
Except for commitments expressly made in a separate agreement or required by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses from service interruption, network failure, or third-party service failures. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Questions, disputes, and changes
Contact Olamide Support or your workspace administrator about billing, security, or service disputes. Applicable mandatory consumer rights and any signed service agreement remain in effect. Updated terms should be made available with notice of material changes where required. Review the effective date when you use a new feature or purchase a service.
